MotoComp Returns & Refund Policy
You are responsible for what you order!
If you aren't sure that you have selected the correct part numbers or parts please don't order them until you are.
While we make every effort to supply the correct parts we are only as good as the information supplied by the customer.
When you receive your parts please make every effort to ensure that these are correct for your motorcycle before opening the package.
Once opened we will not accept a return or give a refund.
We will take parts back & refund the purchase price only if the packing remains intact & as supplied and the parts unused (refers to parts that are not sealed in own package).
Return of parts correctly supplied and returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of order & we must be advised of your intentions within 5 days.
Parts imported to order are not returnable.
No refunds will be given for electrical parts correctly supplied or if the sealed packaging opened. No exceptions!
